Practice Manager - Specialty Office

Job Description
Our client, a Specialty Care, Privately owned Medical Practice is seeking a Practice Manager. This role will be centrally located and travel on an as needed basis to the other locations.
Practice:
- Specialty Care
- Physician Board of Directors
- 15 Providers and staff of 50
- 5 Locations throughout New Haven County
- EMR is Epic
- Manage the day to day responsibilities of all 5 offices and staff
- Ensure smooth Clinical and Non-Clinical operations
- Manage a small Triage / Call Center
- Hire, Train, Manage and Terminate when necessary
- Assist with an Human Resource duties
- Act as the practice Compliance officer
Bachelors Degree or MBA
5 years of experience managing a similar size staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of Leadership in a Healthcare Environment
Solid experience with an Electronic Medical Records System
Multi site management experience preferred
