CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift $10K / Night Shift $15K Sign-On | Ocala, FL

Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-level patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit with close monitoring and frequent assessments
-
Make clinical assessments and autonomously manage patient treatment plans
-
Serve as a patient and family advocate, maintaining privacy and confidentiality
-
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care instructions
-
Deliver focused, high-quality care with a commitment to continuous improvement
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
-
1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required
-
Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma
-
BLS-AHA Provider card (must obtain within 30 days of start)
-
NIH Stroke Scale certification (within 30 days)

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (within 6 months)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor certification (within 6 months)

PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS Instructor certification (within 6 months)
