Bilingual Recruiter
$25–27/hr | Fully On-Site | East Windsor, CT | Temp to Hire
We're seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle hiring and support a seamless candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to identify and secure top talent.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Source active and passive candidates via bilingual job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct phone screens and interviews in both languages, assessing skills, proficiency, and cultural fit
- Facilitate new hire orientations and prepare employment documents in English and Spanish
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking sessions
- Maintain HRMS records and report on key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Full fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
- Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations
