Human Resources Generalist 
Contract starting ASAP through July
$30-35/ hr, depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to lead our client's HR operations and contribute to the success of our manufacturing company. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resources processes. This is a temporary position with a focus on key areas such as benefits, recruitment, PTO tracking, reporting, and HR compliance audits.

Responsibilities

   - Administer employee benefits and address related inquiries.
   - Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations.
   - Participate in the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to interviewing and offers, and onboarding and orientation
   - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
   - Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time-off requests.
   - Generate reports on attendance and PTO usage.
   - Generate and analyze HR-related reports for management.
   - Conduct periodic audits of HR processes to ensure compliance.
   - Stay updated on HR laws and regulations.
   - Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
   - Facilitate benefits enrollment processes.
   - Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
   - Address employee relations matters and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
