Lead Technical Support Desk

Hands on Lead Technical Support Desk Individual who will provides technical support to clinical and non-clinical end users in satellite skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Respond and troubleshoot technical issues such as lost files, log-in password resets and Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook technical support.

In addition, this role as a self-contributor, you will be responsible for renewing software subscriptions and licenses.

Maintain inventory on all computer equipment software and hardware.

Configure laptops to be deployed and shipped to satellite locations for new staff employees .

Regularly orders new equipment including, phone, printers, scanners and other similar devices.

Assists with video conferencing set up and configuration.  May test satellite location’ s bandwidth and video signal.

Performs malware and virus scans and detection.

Office 365, Support Desk,  and high volume of Audio visual maintenance and troubleshooting.


  4+ years experience in Help desk or Support Desk role.

Computer Science degree or Certification

Must have MS OneDrive, outlook and MicrosoftOffice 365 experience

Ability to adapt to a growing environment

Ability to handle all troubleshooting requests while keeping business operations and function of this department optimally functionally.

Ability to sole problems and including phone systems, printers, scanners and Wifi in addition to Support Desk functions.

Audio visual, remote conferencing experience is also required

Excellent communications and customer service skills.

Highly organized and ability to accurately log calls and create a method for responding to calls and create a method for recording inventory.

Start up role and company with increasing growth daily.

Create new ticketing system process

Ability to make suggestions and implement streamlined workflow process.

Microsoft One Drive and Office 365 required.
