In-Home Therapy Clinician

Job Description
Our Easthampton client is seeking a Fee For Service In-Home Therapy Clinician. This individual will provide clinical services to assigned client caseload, including development and implementation of treatment plan and individual and/or group therapy. Other duties include maintaining records on client progress, attending meetings in support of assigned clients and families, and producing reports and documentation for third party billing.
Required Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree required;
• Eligible for LICSW, LHMC or other clinical license required
• Familiar with trauma informed care.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with at risk populations.
- Knowledgeable in mental health and human development.
