Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
We are partnered with one of our longstanding clients in search for their next Inside Sales Rep. This person will join a tenured, successful sales team of 8. From the start, this person will be given a small group of customers, and once fully trained on their product, will be responsible for growing business within current customers while attaining new accounts. No cold-calling as all leads are warm and qualified. This position requires working on-site full time, no remote or hybrid capabilities at this time.
Highlight of Responsibilities
Handle all communication with customers - phone and email
Developing quotes based on customer needs
Working with production to develop accurate lead/shipping times
Manage process from quote, order to shipment
Heavy usage of ERP and CRM
Resolve customer issues and concerns as they come up
Competencies
Bachelors Degree preferred
2+ years of account management or inside sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills - working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems a plus
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail is critical
Strong customer service skills
Salary/Benefits
Salary - $50k - $65k (DOE) plus competitive commission structure (OTE - $100k+). Full benefits package (insurance, PTO, retirement, etc.)
