Insurance Administrative Assistant - Part time
Temp to Hire
New Haven, CT
$18-20/ hr, depending on experience 

In partnership with a local small business, we are hiring for an Administrative Assistant to head up the office operations for a small insurance company. This is a part time position, but it is required that the candidate is available for full time work during busy season from October 1st - December 15th.

  • Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person
  • Provides clients with their coverage features and guidance on procedures.
  • Processes claims and reimbursements on behalf of the client
  • Updates and maintains the client CSR database
  • Expedites service challenges to the appropriate manager/insurance contact
  • Schedules appointments for senior advisors and president
  • Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM
