Jr Salesforce IT Process Automation

 

Salesforce is a top CRM application built on the Force.com platform. It  manages  customer interactions of an organization through different media, such as  phone calls, site email inquiries, and social media.

Job responsibilities:
  • Provide technical  support to end users of Salesforce modules including   profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, record types, formulas, reports, and dashboards
  • Provide technical support on security and data access
  • Make system changes to object  fields, reports, and dashboards, 
  • Build and maintain system automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
  • Build reports and dashboards -creating ad ho  and customized reports frequently
  • Create documentation of existing systems and procedures
  • Stays current with salesforce releases, features, and best practices



SKills
  • Bachelor’ s Degree Preferred.
  • 2 years Salesforce Application  experience or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management)  application.
  • CRM or Salesforce modules experience   profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, record types, formulas, reports, and dashboards
  • Strong Salesforce or CRM process automation skills: Process Builder and Flow
  • Highly analytical and a problem-solver with solid  troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Community Cloud Experience Preferred
  • Financial Force experience a plus
  • Other CRM experience or: any of the following: Workbooks, SAP, Saleslogix, Capsule, CallPro, Batchbook, Sage, Commence, Infloflow, Legrand, Nimble, Onepage
