LMHC Director-Children's Behavioral Health Program
Full-Time
The Director of CBHI will be responsible for the planning and outcome of services that are part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI): In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Training and Support, and Therapeutic Mentoring.
Enhance and implements services and programs of clinic services.

Establishment of guidelines and policies and procedures for client care and administrative functioning.

Accountable for case review process and Utilization Review.

Leads the Quality Assurance process and monitors key quality clinical performance indicators.

Responsible staff development, staff assignments and schedule, supervision, in-service education, and staff performance management to meet productivity and provides training.
Is aware of program budgets and meets with financial team as needed.
Requirements:
LMHC License in Mass.
4 Years experience including Staff Management
Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic Experience
Additional experience in any of these settings: In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Training and Support, foster care programs,
and Therapeutic Mentoring, behavioral interventions, family stabilization, supported complex behavioral, emotional or mental health needs of children.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, crisis intervention skills, strong organizational skills, excellent documentation and planning skills with the ability to multi-tasks and change priorities without frustration.

In 2010, Krisha's entrepreneurial spirit led her to create the Information Technology division within the organization. Her dedication and exceptional performance in this role earned her the prestigious title of Vice President. She continues to pursue her passion for recruiting top-tier talent and nurturing new client relationships. Krisha also takes an active role in training and mentoring new staff, instilling in them the best practices and the art of meaningful interviewing.
