Duties: Responsible for more complex training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training for multiple clients’ needs while incorporating the instructional design methodology. Consult with business areas to determine training needs and implement training solutions to maximize employee development and results. Participate in project work as assigned, including consulting with vendors or business analysts. Perform trend analysis and root cause on raw data for assigned training. Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning intervention for the learner and organization. Negotiate SOWs and course content with existing vendors. May employ use of the Learning Management System to deploy and manage training. May develop documentation consistent with Information Mapping standards and methodology. Work with appropriate supervision to support multiple clients and functions at the department level, division level and/or field/external business partners. May support at enterprise level for specific function.
