Level II Support Technician (Hybrid)

Our client is a top CT based Law Firm looking to add to their growing IT Support team. In this role you will work alongside other technicians working on issues related to firm hardware, software, and the network/server environment. Here you will also work closely with the broader IT team, gaining exposure to in depth networking and server related projects.

Salary range of 55-70K with a strong benefits package

Hybrid schedule, firm located in the Greater Hartford area

Duties and responsibilities:

Take part in supporting and maintaining firm hardware, software, and ensure end user tickets are resolved in a timely manor
Troubleshoot issues related to computers, workstations, network/ server connection, printers, VoIP systems, and WebEx
Participate in migration to O365, working closely with the boarder IT team to ensure timely completion
Manage and support Office 365 applications such as exchange Online, MS Teams and Dual Factor authentication for online applications
Manage AD, creatin user groups, managing permissions, and creating/deactivating users
Provide a high level of internal customer service, escalating issues when needed to the appropriate party

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of IT experience, with a proven track record of systems/hardware maintenance
Desired certifications include, CompTIA A+, Network+, MSCA, MSCE
Strong attention to detail and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
