About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Norwalk. In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation work while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in representing the brand in the field.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Perform seasonal tune-ups, inspections, and system replacements

Accurately document all work in ServiceTitan and ensure service tickets are completed

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, recommended solutions, and pricing before work begins

Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and working condition

Support installation teams and fellow technicians as needed

Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills and product knowledge
Who You Are
-
Hold a valid Connecticut S2, S3, or S4 license
-
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
-
3+ years of HVAC experience in service, maintenance, or installation
-
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Customer-focused with a clean, professional appearance

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
