Maintenance Technician

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, repairs)
- Ability to work independently as the sole maintenance contact
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driving license and willing to undergo motor vehicle check
- Willing to submit to background screening
- Respond to work orders through a ticketing system to perform routine facility maintenance such as light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, windows, and furniture moves
- Drive company vehicle safely between facilities
- Schedule and track maintenance for company fleet of vehicles
- Coordinate and oversee outside vendors for larger projects, obtaining bids and presenting bids to leadership.
