Our longstanding client is seeking Medical Assistants for their busy and growing large Specialty Practice. This position is a blended role where you will be performing both clinical duties as well as back up administrative duties.
This role will be in 2 offices. One in Hartford and the other in West Hartford. There is NO daily travel and you will know your schedule well in advance.
MA duties: Vitals, Patient Histories, Room Patients etc.
Administrative duties: Scheduling, Prep Charts, Medical Records etc.
These position are temporary to hire roles meaning the intent is for our client to hire you after a trial period.
The Hours are: Monday through Friday, 8: 00 - 4: 30 with the potential of some days being a start @ 7: 30 and/or and end @ 5: 30.
Pay $17 Per Hour
1 Year of recent experience in a Medical Setting such as a Primary Care or Specialty Care Physician Practices, Clinic, Urgent Care, Hospital etc. required.

Jessica has recruiting and sales experience in many industries including office and administration, manufacturing, and health care. Prior to joining J. Morrissey, Jessica worked for a large health care organization where she oversaw multiple site facilities. While there, she was consistently recognized for her outstanding recruiting and staffing strategies, performance, and customer service. Jessica’s strong work ethic and excellent communication skills make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys volunteering in the community. She is specifically passionate about animals and has worked on many projects at local animal shelters.
