MEDICAL BILLING / INSURANCE FOLLOW UP
IMMEDIATE NEED
Our longstanding healthcare client is looking for a Medical Biller / Insurance Follow up Professional to focus on Physical Therapy/ OT related claims. Previous experience is required in claims handling, appeals, and knowledge of all pertinent rules and regulations is needed.
Related Claims will be for MRI's, Surgeries and Office procedures Etc.
Temporary to hire role!
Representative List of Duties:
- Responsible for all posted denials, appeals and aging ques
- Prioritize workload based upon dollars and aging reports
- Strong understanding of the necessary steps in the claims filing/ handling process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Monday through Friday; No Weekends or Holidays.
Pay rate is $24+per hour based on experience.
The office is in a very nice building / setting with easy access and plenty free parking. After 6 months, there is the opportunity to work a Hybrid Schedule.

Prior to joining J. Morrissey, Ally worked for over 20 years in the financial industry as a Life Insurance Underwriter holding an Assistant Vice President title. While there, she was responsible for a number of initiatives including various recruiting efforts across her department.
