Job Description


Billing Admin / Customer Service 

Pay: $22.00 Per hour 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30. no weekends or holidays.  

List of Duties:
  • Answer Patient incoming calls to the Billing Office
  • Direct calls to other departments if applicable
  • With the Patient: Review the claim, Take the Payment and Answer any questions 


Required:
  • Previous call center / customer service experience from a Medical Office or Clinic. 
  • Computer experience 
  • Experience with an EMR system is a Plus 
The office is in a very nice building / setting with easy access and plenty free parking.

Prior to joining J. Morrissey, Ally worked for over 20 years in the financial industry as a Life Insurance Underwriter holding an Assistant Vice President title. While there, she was responsible for a number of initiatives including various recruiting efforts across her department.
