Job Description
Temp Contract - through September
Work a Temporary Assignment for a longstanding client of ours as a Medical Call Center representative. This is for a successful Private Practice in Springfield.
Highlights:
- Monday through Friday 12:00 to 4:00
- Free onsite parking
- Hourly Pay is $19.00 to $23.00
- Field incoming calls
- Coordinate, Schedule and transfer patient call to the current internal party
- Handle cancellation calls and re-scheduling
- Process referrals
- Document all work on an EMR System
Experience in this or a similar role within a Healthcare Practice, Clinic or Hospital required.
