Medical Receptionist - Float role

Large Physician Practice - Fast Paced
Hours: The start time can vary from 7:00am start to 8:30: This is a fulltime 40 hour a week role. (8 hours work day)
Pay: $23.00 Per hour!
Temp to Hire
The Medical Receptionist Float role will perform almost all the duties of a typical Medical Receptionist position but, in the is role you will not perform any of the front desk aspects. This position takes over one once the patient check out begins.
Representative list of duties:
- Patient Check Out
- Schedule follow up office visits
- Schedule diagnostic appointments and procedures (Xray, MRI, Cat Scan etc)
- Perform Pre Authorizations for the diagnostic appointments and procedures
- Fill out any necessary paperwork pertaining to the above duties
Microsoft Office and Multi-Tasking Skills Required.
