Medical Receptionist / Front Desk - Project
In partnership with our client, a large Physician Practice, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk for a fast paced office. This is a Private Practice / Specialty Medical Office.
This is a Monday through Friday position role with no weekends or holidays.
Possibility of being hired on permanently once project concludes!
Hourly Pay: $17.50 to $21.00 Based on Experience.
Duties: A representative list:
- Patient Check In
- Patient Check out
- Answering phone calls
- Making sure charts are up to date
- Managing the flow of the waiting room
- Scheduling
- Insurance Verification
Experience from a Medical Environment such as a Physician Practice, Hospital, Clinic, Urgent Care, Diagnostic office, Surgery Center is required.
