Occupational Therapist – Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Join our outpatient hand therapy team in Northeast Central Florida! Treat upper extremity injuries, post-surgical patients, and provide custom splinting in a supportive, therapist-led practice. Full-time, no weekends. Salary $79,040–$93,600 + CEU allowance, PTO, 401(k), health benefits. Locations: Palatka, Crescent City, Melrose, Keystone Heights, Starke.
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/CHT) to join our established outpatient rehabilitation and hand therapy practice in Northeast Central Florida. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized upper extremity rehab, splinting, and post-surgical care in a supportive, therapist-led environment.
What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries, surgical repairs, and chronic conditions

Provide skilled occupational therapy and hand therapy services

Design and fabricate custom splints and orthoses

Collaborate with an experienced team of therapists across multiple clinics

Enjoy flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements
Qualifications

Current Florida OT license (required)

OTR/CHT credential preferred – will consider OTs with 2+ years of hand therapy experience working toward CHT

New graduates with a strong interest in hand therapy are encouraged to apply

Skilled in splinting and orthotic fabrication

Strong documentation, EMR, and communication skills
