Job Description
Our client, a growing Architecture firm in Fairfield County, is looking for an Administrative Front Desk Receptionist to join their team of close-knit professionals. In this role you will become an integral part of the office as you take charge of its day-to-day operations. Answer phones, greet applicants and guests, manage documents, maintain confidential files, and partner with C level executives for calendar management. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented multi-tasker with a “no task too small” mindset. You will have the opportunity to communicate with both internal teams and clients, having a deep understanding of customer service and compassion will allow you to excel in this position!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
- One (1) year customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
- Read and write work-related documents in English and speak the English language
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (ex. standing or sitting)
- Ability to move up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis and occasionally move up to 50 pounds, unassisted
- 100% in-office role (no remote work)
