Job Description

Job Title: Office Clerk

Location: Harrison, NY

Industry: Nutraceuticals and Supplements

Position: Part-Time (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)- will turn into full-time role later on.

Compensation: $22 - $26 per hour

Overview:

Join this leading nutraceutical and dietary supplements company as a Part-Time Office Clerk to support office operations and client interactions with a fabulous team and culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk and greet visitors.
Answer phones and handle inquiries.
Prepare product samples with the Sample Department.
Communicate with clients and address their needs.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to move into a full-time position in the future.
Prior office experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Professional and customer-focused attitude.
