Contract to Hire Opportunity in a small private Medical Practice.
Location: greater Hartford / northern CT area
Pay rate ranges $26 - $32per hour Based on experience
Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Friday 7:30 - 12 noon
Our client is seeking a hands on Office Manager to run a small yet busy Medical Practice. Experience with primary care / internal medicine preferred.
Sample Management Duties:
- Payroll / administrative duties
- Back office billing responsibilities (claim reviews/ denials)
- Responsible as the point person for all HR activities
- Manage time off for Administrative and Clinical Staff
- Track referrals daily, weekly and monthly
- Ensure Best Practices are being followed
- Interview Hire and Train Administrative Staff
- Supervise the day to day operations of the Practice
- Responsible for Inventory
- Handle all patient escalations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of management / supervisory
- Human Resources Experience
- Medical Billing Experience
