Job Description

Picker/Packer – $18/hr
Location: South Deerfield, MA
Type: Temporary

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as an Order Picker & Packer on a temporary contract through December, with a chance to turn permanent for a high performing employee. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory and assembling them into packages for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and assemble orders based on packing lists.
Ensure correct quantities and items are picked for each order.
Prepare orders for shipment by packing them safely and securely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily order quotas and ensure timely processing.

Requirements:

Pick/pack experience required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule Options:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
