PT, PTA, OT, OTA
Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTA) to join our growing healthcare team in Central Florida. This is a permanent full-time opportunity providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in home health and/or outpatient settings. The ideal candidates are patient-focused professionals committed to improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans (PT/OT).
- Implement physician-ordered therapy services and treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, balance training, and activities of daily living (ADL) support.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and safety techniques.
- Accurately document patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
- Travel throughout assigned Central Florida service areas as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- CPR certification required.
- Home health or outpatient experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Florida PTA license in good standing.
- CPR certification required.
- Previous rehabilitation or home health experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Florida OTA license in good standing.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
