Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leasing office team. This role is perfect for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people and being part of a collaborative team. Industry experience is not required—we prefer to train the right candidate who will be a great cultural fit.
Position Details:

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Up to $20 per hour
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing incoming phone calls and emails

Assisting with paperwork and documentation

Supporting various administrative projects

Providing customer service to prospective and current residents

Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:

Strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction

Friendly, positive, and professional communication style

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities at once

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Basic computer skills
