Job Posting: Partner Administrative Assistant
Position Overview:
Our client, a leading private markets investment manager in New Haven, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support the investment team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling expenses, and facilitating office operations. The position is full-time, in-person 3-5 days a week with up to 2 remote days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents and reports.
- Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses.
- Support special projects and daily office operations.
- Act as IT liaison and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
