Job Description
Patient Transport opening:
We are searching for Patient Transporters for an Acute Medical Care facility.
*This is not a driving position*
Representative list of Duties:
Position is responsible for transporting of patients from various areas within the hospital only to and from the various radiology areas.
- Responsible for timely, accurate and safe transport of all patients.
- Must be aware of exam requirements and adhere to hospital wide patient identification requirements.
- Must be physically able and knowledgeable about safe and proper handling of patients and equipment.
- Must adhere to all safety requirements as determined by hospital policy.
- Responsible to responding to the needs of all Departments and assist with moving, patients and equipment.
Pay rate: $17.50+ / hr
Ideal candidate are CNA or PCT experienced!

Abby primarily focuses on on-boarding candidates who have been hired for Temporary and Temporary to Hire assignments and placements within Healthcare positions, both Clinical and Non-Clinical, within the Provider and Payer Communities as well as Profit and Non-Profit environments.
Prior to joining J. Morrissey, Abby worked at a Multi- Site Orthopedic Physician Practice, where she developed skills in customer service and administrative duties. She is extremely excited to be joining our group where she can connect with people, continue to learn and grow, and further her Healthcare Administrative experience.
