Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation - Part Time/Full Time
Central Florida
-
Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BSPT, MPT/MSPT, or DPT) — new graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply

Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and general outpatient rehabilitation
-
Excellent patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative outpatient team

CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
-
Experience in outpatient orthopedic or neurological rehab
-
Manual therapy experience or interest in specialty certifications
-
Experience using EMR systems
-
Experience with aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, or pelvic health therapy
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation, you will provide hands-on, individualized therapy services to adult and pediatric patients. You will evaluate functional limitations, develop customized treatment plans, and guide patients through recovery in a collaborative outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive PT evaluations including mobility, strength, gait, balance, and pain assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Provide hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, aquatic therapy, lymphedema management, and pelvic rehab
-
Track patient progress and document accurately in EMR systems
-
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional outpatient clinic environment
