About the Role
A confidential healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or (PTA) for a full-time onsite position in The Villages, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an innovative, patient-centered environment and is eager to contribute to the launch of a next-generation rehabilitation model.
What You’ll Do
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients experiencing age-related or neurological decline
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physiologists, and multidisciplinary medical teams
• Track patient progress through assessments, reports, and data analysis
• Educate clients and families on exercise programs and healthy movement strategies
• Participate in building best practices and shaping future clinical standards
What We’re Looking For
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and motivated by patient success
Preferred Experience
• Geriatric, orthopedic, or neurorehabilitation therapy
• Manual therapy or technology-assisted rehab techniques
• Working within high-end or concierge healthcare settings
