Job Description

As an Engineer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various projects, ensuring their successful completion and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with the Shop Supervisor managing jobs and troubleshoot and solve any problems with plating issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering, along with 2-3 experience in Plating. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
