Job Description

This is a fantastic chance for someone who is ambitious and eager to make a significant impact in the field of manufacturing. As a Plating Technician, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various projects, ensuring their successful completion and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with the Shop Supervisor managing jobs, troubleshoot and solve any problems with plating issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate for this role will be mechanically inclined with an engineering aptitude. Must be able to read blueprints. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Compensation 80K - 90K Depending on experience.
