Job Description

Process Engineer - New Haven County

Work with advanced manufacturing technology: Hands-on role supporting state-of-the-art SMT, automation, inspection, and PCB/electro-mechanical assembly in a highly certified environment (ISO, AS, ITAR).
Own and improve real processes: Lead root-cause analysis, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement preventive and continuous improvements across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Be embedded on the floor and cross-functionally: Partner closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams on NPI, equipment validation, manufacturability feedback, and process optimization.
Design, build, and refine: Develop SOPs, work instructions, fixtures, validations, and process documentation that improve throughput, quality, and repeatability.
Grow your impact: Ideal for an engineer with 3+ years of manufacturing or EMS experience who wants visibility, responsibility, and a clear path to expanded technical ownership in a high-performance culture.

Compensation package includes annual bonus, great benefits, and a salary range of $80-$110k. Incredible culture and strong advancement opportunities. Fully on-site.
