Job Description

Restaurant General Manager /Floor Manager - Fine Dining

Exciting time to join a Fine Dining Restaurant that is currently rebuilding, rethinking, and looking for staff that has exciting and fresh ideas.  If you have been wanting to spread your wings and work some place where you can really share your ideas and make a difference, this may be the job for you!  

Minimum requirements
  • Substantial Restaurant Experience
  • Evidence of strong operations decision making / supervisory / team leadership experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Quick learner
  • Articulate
  • Non-Smoker
  • Groomed and dressed for a fine dining property with a historical heritage
  • Friendly / Smiling
Desired attributes
  • Front of the House Floor Management Experience
  • Back of the House experience preferably as a chef, kitchen manager or assistant kitchen manager
  • Degree in hospitality such as Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Experienced with Toast POS system
