Senior Healthcare Recruiter (Contract, 3 months to start)
Location: Springfield, MA (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $35-50/hour based on experience
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to lead strategic talent acquisition for a healthcare organization. You'll partner with clinical and administrative leaders to build comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage high-volume recruitment, and drive innovative approaches to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree + 6 years of recruitment experience
- 10 years of healthcare recruitment experience (in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 2 years of direct healthcare recruitment experience required
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and negotiations
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies with hiring managers
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for clinical and administrative roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Create evergreen talent pools and implement creative sourcing tactics
- Guide equitable compensation discussions and finalize complex offers
- Provide data-driven insights to support operational hiring decisions
- Mentor associate recruiters and collaborate across HR teams
