RN Quality Manager-Healthcare Compliance
Job Description
The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence.
Hospital accreditation standards are a set of rigorous requirements that healthcare organizations must meet to demonstrate their commitment to providing high-quality, safe patient care. These standards are established by independent organizations, such as The Joint Commission, and serve as a framework for evaluating and improving hospital performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- CPHQ Certified
- Healthcare Quality background
- 3 years Acute Care Experience with a Regulatory compliance position
- At least 1 year managerial experience in accreditation
- Additional experience preferred in: continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence.
