Hospital Accreditation Manager CPHQ  

The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence.
Hospital accreditation standards are a set of rigorous requirements that healthcare organizations must meet to demonstrate their commitment to providing high-quality, safe patient care. These standards are established by independent organizations, such as The Joint Commission, and serve as a framework for evaluating and improving hospital performance. 
Key Features of Hospital Accreditation Standards: 
  • Evidence-Based:
Standards are based on research, best practices, and clinical guidelines to ensure they reflect current healthcare knowledge. 
  • Comprehensive:
They cover a wide range of areas, including patient safety, quality improvement, infection control, medication management, and leadership and governance. 
  • Measurable:
Standards are specific and quantifiable, allowing hospitals to track their progress and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Periodic Review:

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • CPHQ Certified
  • Healthcare Quality background
  • 3 years Acute Care Experience with a Regulatory compliance position
  • At least 1 year managerial experience in accreditation
  • Additional experience preferred in: continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence.

$80-105K

Here, she embraced Direct Hire Healthcare recruitment as her specialization.

In 2010, Krisha's entrepreneurial spirit led her to create the Information Technology division within the organization.
