Real Estate Paralegal

Windsor, CT
Our client is seeking to add a skilled Real Estate Paralegal onto their team to assist in the closing process from start to finish. Working closely with the borrowers, the Real Estate Paralegal will be involved in the commercial and residential sides of business activities, with opportunities to learn several new areas as well as potential for upward mobility and salary growth.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on processing closings from start to finish
- Work closely with the borrowers to draft and approve all loan and real estate documents including title documents and lease agreements
- Prepare closing documents such as
- Assist in the lending and underwriting processes
- Serve as the point of contact between property owners, clients, lawyers, and other third parties
- Process and maintain documents and files
- Monitor financial transactions
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal certificate
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal
- Genuine desire to learn real estate
- $55-75k, depending on experience
