Receptionist/Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person
- Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust
- Provides clients with their coverage features and guidance on procedures.
- Processes claims and reimbursements on behalf of the client
- Updates and maintains the client CSR database
- Expedites service challenges to the appropriate manager/insurance contact
- Schedules appointments for senior advisors and president
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

- Able to balance workload through multi-tasking and prioritizing
