POSITION TITLE:   Regional Practice Director-

 

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Regional Practice Director will oversee the managing of multiple practices in CT.  This role encompasses a broad range of operational disciplines including: building and growing a strong staff, establish goals for practices, patient satisfaction excellence, optimal office workflows, and budgeting.    This role is great for someone who has managed staff  through changes within their work environment

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide strong leadership to current staff as well as hire and mentor new staffing in multiple practices
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that directly affect patient care
  • Responsible for Operational and Financial metrics that will increase profitability across   multiple practices
  • Oversee the development of short and long term business plans along with managing budgets for the practices
  • Work closely with Physician leaders on all aspects of the practices
  • Oversee the management of 25+ staff
  • Responsible for the management of multiple offices throughout CT
  • Travel required in state

 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven track record of growing and managing 5+ Healthcare practices
  • Experience working with 30+ providers in multiple locations
  • Bachelor’ s degree in business or healthcare administration.  Master’ s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Practice Management
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of physician practice revenue and reimbursement cycle
  • Microsoft Suite skills
