Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) – Ocala, FL
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Position Summary

Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy under general supervision

Perform routine and complex respiratory care procedures for patients of all ages

Manage and operate acute care ventilators (short-term and long-term mechanical ventilation)

Accurately document all patient care in the EMR system and hospital records

Exhibit leadership and independence when working without a team lead

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care respiratory therapist experience (CRT experience considered)

Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) or eligibility for licensure

BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and critical care skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting
