Job Description

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Westchester County, NY | Fully On-Site | $70-$75K

This is not a retail customer service role.

A well-established, growing distribution company is hiring ahead of a planned retirement to allow for hands-on training and knowledge transfer. This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable role with real growth potential.

What you’ll do

Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
Communicate with customers, sales reps, and warehouse teams
Track, update, and confirm orders with precision
Support a primary Northeast sales territory

Who we’re looking for

4 years in distribution, food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or similar
Experience with order management and logistics coordination
Organized, detail-oriented, confident communicator
Strong Excel skills and ability to multitask
Ambitious and eager to grow (not stuck in one role)
