Sales Administrator
Location: Longmeadow, MA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with job and industry experience
Employment Type: Temporary to hire
Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the finance and sales teams, assisting with various post-sale tasks. The role will report to the CFO and help ensure smooth processing of sales, invoicing, financing, and related administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Process invoicing, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage equipment sales order financing, including working with the warranty department.
- Handle all delivery and registration paperwork for equipment and parts, ensuring proper receipt and completion.
- Assist customers with requests and paperwork related to purchased equipment, including trades associated with sales.
- Maintain and update customer ownership files for multiple locations.
- Prepare and produce sales reports for vendors
- Serve as the point of contact for audits and assist in phone backup duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experince, ideally with one year in a sales support role
- High attention to detail organizational, and communication skills
- Must be able to manage time well and self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency is Excel and emailing systems are required
