Overview
Our client, a well-established organization delivering innovative and energy-efficient solutions for large commercial and institutional facilities, is seeking an experienced and technically skilled sales professional to join their team. In this role, you will market and sell select product lines to design engineers, building owners, end users, and contractors within the designated territory. With a strong commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, the company provides high-quality products and services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, design engineers, contractors, and manufacturing principals.
  • Conduct daily sales calls to progress projects through the sales cycle and secure orders.
  • Deliver presentations to customer groups, educating them on the company’s product lines.
  • Engage with local professional organizations and attend networking events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, maintaining contact after sales and project completion.

Project Administration
  • Review building plans and specifications to assess product applicability.
  • Prepare equipment/system configurations and provide pricing/quotations.
  • Manage post-sale activities, including submittals and service coordination.
  • Maintain detailed records of opportunities and orders in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
  • Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively interact with clients.
