Job Tasks:

Prepare monthly bank reconcilations for several bank accounts and Investment accounts
Monthly Payroll including journal and resource analysis
Prepare various monthly analysis and journals, including Cost of Goods and Inventory analysis, Fixed Assets, Revenue and A/R, various accruals / reserves etc.
Work with admins on creating ACH’s in FCB, support cash management
Support and work with Director of Finance on annual audit
Support general ledger, sub-ledger analysis – example functional expenses
Monthly Revenue and A/R Reconciliations with Order Entry system
Support integration on new order entry system and accounts payable systems
Provide monthly analysis for Bad Debt – Allowance for doubtful accounts

Experience

Person with some public accounting audit experience trained in GAAP and financial stamens/footnote/audit training to complement your experience

Experience in Financial analysis and creating financial presentations as well as accounting and monthly close – ledger experience
Good financial acumen- be able to tell story; high work ethics and integrity, understanding of principles and good controls
Experienced in Excel and powerpoint as well as other ERP and financial systems

Experience – Bachelors Degree Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of experience
