Our client is a thriving Arizona based SaaS company seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their expanding team and build out the DevOps infrastructure. This position will play a critical role driving automation and delivery of high-quality products across the entire organization. HQ located in Arizona, fully remote position
Salary range - 140 – 170K with a strong benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the DevOps infrastructure for the organization
- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement DevOps processes and practices
- Implement and manage IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and manage infrastructure
- Implement automated processes to drive efficiency using PowerShell, Python, Bash
- Create and manage release pipelines to ensure efficient and high quality delivery
- Automate deployment and testing of software using CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Develop and optimize pipelines to ensure releases are delivered quickly with high quality
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering team to scale resources to ensure the infrastructure if running at peak efficiency and speed
- Monitor system with Cloud team to ensure timely incident response
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience of software engineering and DevOps experience
- Experience working with CI/CD tools, Develops Infrastructure, and automation
- Strong PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Perl scripting experience
- Strong experience with AWS OR Azure
- Working knowledge of security, networking, databases, web infrastructure, and monitoring tools
- Prior experience leading the design and implantation of a DevOps Infrastructure heavily desired
- Experience working across multiple teams with multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills required
