Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to oversee and enhance their cutting-edge electronics manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to lead in a high-tech environment and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering efforts for New Product Introductions (NPI), including design reviews and process development.
Oversee and manage SMT equipment programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis, provide technical solutions, and produce pre- and post-build reports.
Collaborate with clients to improve designs and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and execute technology roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide technical support for quoting processes and customer engagements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years in electronics manufacturing, with 5+ years of leadership in NPI and process management.
Proficiency in CAD tools, PCB design software, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
