In partnership with a reputable local organization, we are recruiting for a high-level Executive Assistant to manage administrative and operational responsibilities for the head of a department. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the office, special projects, and ad hoc reporting. 

  1. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  2. Manage and assign work on behalf of the manager.
  3. Serve as office manager, coordinating clerical and facilities needs.
  4. Screen, direct, and respond to inquiries or correspondence.
  5. Coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and travel.
  6. Manage technology needs and assess system requirements.
  7. Implement and maintain complex office systems.
  8. Serve as the primary contact between the Officer and other offices.
  9. Manage schedule and calendar.
  10. Support onboarding activities for new staff members.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience, including two years of demonstrated leadership or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Suite, and Box.

  1. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
  4. Ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
