Senior Recruiter

Position Overview Are you a dynamic and driven recruiter ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our client's thriving team! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity (IN OFFICE Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM) with a competitive salary ($60,000-$70,000+ based on experience).

What You’ll Do:

Oversee DOT drug testing, background checks, and utilize ATS (PAYCOM).
Engage walk-in candidates and drive top-tier recruitment efforts.
Partner with leadership in weekly hiring strategy meetings.
Conduct new hire orientations, occasionally staying late on Mondays (until 5:30 PM).

Skills Required:

Paycom ATS System experience required.
Bilingual (Spanish preferred), with strong interpersonal skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Flexible and professional, ready to enhance hiring success.
