Service Adminstrator
Job Description
Location: East Longmeadow, MA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $28–$30/hour, depending on experience
We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator to support our busy service department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years previous experience in a dealership or service department required
- Strong administrative skillset
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Process and maintain service work orders from start to finish
- Enter labor, technician time, and service documentation into the system
- Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, parts, warranty information, and billing details
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, accounting, and customers to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Notify customers when work is complete and assist with purchase orders and invoicing
- Follow up on incomplete documentation and support daily service department operations
